The Supervisory Board of PKO Bank Polski has appointed a new Management Board. Szymon Midera will be appointed as the President of the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski, subject to the approval of the Financial Supervision Authority. Until then, he will act as Vice-President of the management board managing the work of the Management Board. The Supervisory Board also appointed Krzysztof Dresler and Ludmiła Falak-Cyniak as vice-presidents of the Management Board of the Bank. The appointment was made as part of the qualification procedure for the positions of President and Vice-Presidents of the Management Board announced on 14 February 2024. In addition, the Supervisory Board also appointed Piotr Mazur to the Management Board as a Vice President of the Management Board. The term of office of the newly appointed Management Board will last three years (2024 - 2026).
– A total of two hundred candidates, both from outside and inside the organization, entered the open qualification to select the President and Vice-Presidents of the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski. The qualification procedure is being conducted in a professional, transparent manner and in accordance with the highest business standards. I am convinced that today's appointment will strengthen the position of PKO Bank Polski and make its development more dynamic. This is the expectation of both the Supervisory Board and millions of customers of the largest bank in the country
