The customer is also guaranteed free withdrawals at all ATMs in Poland and abroad.
The new Aurum Account is on offer for people with an income over 5 000 PLN per month or assets of 150 000 PLN. By opening this prestigious account, the client not only gains access to free basic services and free withdrawals from any ATM in Poland and the world, but also many additional benefits, such as special credit and deposit offers, and a privileges programme with discounts at retail and service outlets. A prestigious debit card is issued free with the account with proximity card function, allowing payments to be made over the Internet. Customers with an Aurum Account are placed under the care of a personal advisor, are served in rooms guaranteeing privacy and discretion and may use a telephone service intended solely for the bank’s prestigious clients.
The Platinum II Account is an elite account designed for the wealthiest clients with an income above 15 000 PLN per month, or with assets of EUR 500 000 PLN. In the case of this account, in addition to service provided by specially assigned advisors, dedicated credit offers, a debit card and a prestigious privileges programme, the package of additional services also includes Concierge and an integrated brokerage account. The scope of services provided by Concierge is very wide, including the ability to meet non-standard customer requirements considered individually, such as: shopping with a stylist, a substitute limousine with a chauffeur or the organization of a meeting with players of a renowned football club.
