PKO Bank Polski is expanding its IT project teams and is currently conducting 130 recruitments for new positions. Specialists from virtually all IT areas are being sought, including analysts, architects, project managers, programmers, data warehouse experts, application administrators, and DevOps engineers. The need to expand project teams arises from the large-scale ambitious projects being carried out in the technology field, such as those utilizing Data Science, RPA, Machine Learning, and Artificial Intelligence.
PKO Bank Polski has nearly 12 million customers, with 63 percent being digital customers. We have 7.6 million active IKO applications, and by 2025, we plan to make all our services available through remote channels. We are increasingly implementing projects that leverage artificial intelligence, and we are in the process of moving the IKO mobile application to the cloud.
