“In 2019, the Capital Group of PKO Bank Polski generated PLN 4.03 billion of profit. It is the best result in the Bank’s history and a perfect ending to the celebration of the 100th anniversary of its operation. Decisions made several years ago, when we focused on digitalization, innovation and development of modern technologies, have resulted in our good, reproducible results, market shares and customer satisfaction, which - to us - is of utmost importance. We are entering the new century with even more ambitious business objectives, which we have presented as a part of the update of our Group’s strategy. Our customers expect even simpler and faster use of financial services, which at the same time must be secure. We want to meet these expectations - therefore, we have continued our digital transformation, turning into a bank of the future”.
- said Zbigniew Jagiełło, the President of the Management Board of PKO Bank Polski.
